All of our necklaces have extension, even the “T” clasps. Thus, on the one hand, you can better adapt your necklace to the length you prefer in your body and, on the other hand, in the case of necklaces with “T” clasp, when wearing clothes with open backs, the extension falls as a pendant in your back. Here you can find a step-by-step information explaining how to proceed if you want to make an order from JAFY’s. It´s quite simple. Just follow the steps below to receive your accessories comfortably in your home:
For Both Portugal and International Sales:
1º – You must choose the fashion accessories you want to buy on the online shop page of this website;
2º – Then click “Buy Now” for the accessory you want to order; if you want to order several different accessories you must repeat this step for each one of them;
3º – After choosing “Buy Now” for all the accessories you want to order just click on the “Cart” button on the top right side of the page to proceed with the ordering process and go through the payment online;
4º – In your cart please confirm if the quantity and the products are correct before you go on to the next step; if you need to, you can correct the quantity or remove any accessory right here in your cart;
5º – If all the information in your cart is now correct, click the “checkout” button for going on with the checkout process;
Payment And Shipping For International Sales:
6º – By clicking the “checkout” button you will be directed to the PayPal website to make your payment (www.paypal.com); a new window will open on the PayPal website with the correct amount of your order plus the amount of the shipping costs for your order.
7º – Confirm your payment on the Paypal website;
8º – You may only use PayPal system for payment (available directly from our site on your cart);
9º – JAFY’s will send you a confirmation email of the reception of your payment;

Get your order in your home comfortably!
Please be sure to enter the correct and complete shipping address for your order on your paypal account. Jafy’s will send your order to that address. If you wish your order to be sent to someone other than yourself, a friend’s address for instance, we will need you to submit the recipient’s name, address and phone number. So, you will have to send an email to email@example.com with the address you wish to send it to, after your order and payment is complete.
Jafy’s is not responsible in any way for orders shipped to incomplete and incorrect addresses.
Also note that there is an automatic $15.00 reshipment fee to reship orders due to customer order entry error.

You can choose from other payment methods: bank transfer, Multibanco, Payshop or cash on delivery; After choosing any of this options JAFY’s will send you an email with the payment references so that you can have the details to make your payment;

Get your order in your home comfortably!
As we explain on the “About Us” section, JAFY’s jewelry is exclusive and unique. It means, we don’t make the same piece of jewelry twice. So, if we receive several orders to the same piece of jewelry, it will be sent to the person who made the order for it at first. All the other orders will be refunded immediately (only take into account the time zone between countries). After that refunding you can order a different available piece if you wish.
No. Currently, this is not possible. However, you can add this piece of jewelry to your favorites (♥) on the site to keep the information available for future use. We emphasize that this does not represent a reservation but only allows you to store the information of the article. If another customer orders this item while it is on your favorites list, it will no longer be available for ordering.
For orders placed outside Portugal JAFY’s Jewelry has no control or information about costs or fees that may be applied when your order arrives in your country of destination. As such, we do not know the value of these costs and fees.
To answer your questions about these issues we suggest you contact your country’s customs before placing your order. This way you will know if there are any costs or fees associated with your order and what the value is.

At this moment, JAFY’s offers several payment methods: ordering with payment by Paypal or credit card; Sending order with payment by Multibanco and Payshop (Portugal only) or gift card before sending the order.
The price of sending the order depends on the amont of the order and its weight. If the value of your order is equal to or greater than 70 €, the shipping costs without registration are free of charge to Continental Portugal only.

In this case, as a rule, you can only pick up your order at the post office counter the day after the postman’s mailing. You will have some business days to pick up your order at the post office counter. You have to get information from them of how many days is it for your country.

You can place your order at any time of the day or night. The website is online 24 hours a day and orders can be made at any time that is more convenient for the customer.
Orders are sent from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. No shipments are made on Saturdays and Sundays.

Shipping is calculated based on weight of the item(s) ordered and includes a very small handling charge. Normally, postage is paid by the customer and typically sent by regular mail, which is the cheapest price to send your order, within 8 business days to 15 business days after the receipt of payment. However, the unexpected sometimes happen and you may be in a rush for your order. So, if you need an order very urgently we can certainly send it to you by express mail. The only inconvenience for you is that a “rush” is always a little bit more expensive.
We typically use regular or express mail (provided by Portuguese Post Mail), but if you prefer UPS / DH L/ MRW, that will be possible as well. The costs for this kind of postage will be informed to you by email as you make your order.
Our goal on this is to get your order to you on time and in good condition. So, you will receive your order in a beautiful gift box, carefully well packed in a sturdy package, so that you receive your piece of jewelry in good condition and with a pleasant look. This way your order will be protected on its way to you. If you are making an order to send to a friend’s address we can personalize your order with a beautiful message or gift wrapping. Or both! You choose! The message can be your own words. Just let us know the words you want on your message.
The only moments the email address you supply at the time of your order can be used is to send you an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation. Also as one of our valued customers you may receive a newsletter with discounts, offers and promotions. Of course, you can remove your email from our mailing list at any time as you want to.
